Even though there can't be any canon girlxgirl pairings in MLP, I feel if there was, then this would be the most likely one to be canon. I mean, Applejack and Rainbow Dash would be too competitive to actually love eachother, Twilight would be distracted by Dashie and she already in canonicly annoyed with her, and Fluttershy is way too shy to be with someone as loud and boisterous as Dash. Besides, I really can't picture Fluttershy as a lesbian.
